Frequently asked questions
Common questions about our transportation services
Is there an extra cost for transportation?
Yes, transportation service is available for an additional fee of CAD $200 per year. This fee covers transportation to and from the listed schools for students enrolled in our Out of School Care program.
What if my child is sick or not attending school?
Parents must notify the daycare by 7:00 AM if their child will not need transportation that day. This ensures our drivers are not waiting unnecessarily and can maintain their schedule.
Do you provide service on early dismissal days?
Yes! We adjust our pick-up schedules to accommodate early dismissal days for the schools we serve.
What safety measures are in place?
Our vans are regularly inspected. Drivers carry emergency contact lists and first aid kits. Attendance is taken immediately upon boarding and exiting the vehicle.
Can you transport to schools not on the list?
Currently, we only serve the 8 specific schools listed due to route timing and distance constraints. We focus on schools within 3-4 km of our center.
